Hello and welcome,
Thank you for visiting my site.
This might be your first step towards a healthier new YOU. I have been practising Reflexology since 2002 and have been so rewarded by hearing the benefits (both physically and mentally) and improved wellbeing my clients have experienced.
Reflexology is an ancient natural therapy borrowing from ancient Chinese and Egyptian practices of massaging the hands and feet as long ago as 4000 BC when it was recognised for its therapeutic effects and a means of helping prevent disease (dis-ease). Latterly, Dr William Fitzgerald adapted and developed zone therapy, dividing the body into 10 vertical zones, and the physiotherapist Eunice Ingham in the early 1930’s introduced the map and charts of the feet through her research into zone therapy which helped her locate the reflex points we use today.
Reflexology is a non-invasive, non-intrusive complementary holistic therapy using reflex points on the feet, legs, hands, face and ear which correspond to different areas of the body (creating a reflex). Reflexologists work holistically and energetically with their clients, and work alongside allopathic healthcare.
